Are you sick of doing the normal ponytail for school? Then try these simple hairstyles that spice up your day. Follow these easy steps and you will have the cutest hair in school, that everyone will envy. All these hairstyles can be achieved with the following tools:
- elastic hair tie
- hairbrush
- bobby-pins or clip
- your hands
TWIST CLIP: A simple yet chic do that takes only a moment to complete.
- Step 1: Part your hair and gather a small section of hair towards the front of your face.
- Step 2: Take the largest section of the part and twist it back.
- Step 3: Secure by using a bobby pin or two. Voila! Simple, pretty hair for school.
THE SNAKE BRAID: A new variation on the age-old braid
- Step 1: Select a large piece of hair by the crown of your head and separate into three sections
- Step 2: Create a normal braid
- Step 3: Hold onto the middle strand of the braid and slowly push the other two strands forward, toward your face.
- Step 4: Try this on both sides of your head and secure your snake braid crown with bobby pins.
INSIDE OUT PONYTAIL: Way better than your average ponytail!
- Step 1: Secure your hair in a normal low ponytail.
- Step 2: Using both hands, divide the hair above the hair tie to make a hole.
- Step 3: Pull the tail of the pony through the hole, creating an inside out effect.
- Step 4: Pull on the ponytail to tighten the do, but not too much as the look is purposely supposed to be kind of loose.
